I expected a lot more for what I paid. It feels like one of those overpriced duds that looks better than it actually is. Definitely not worth the money

I stopped by the store recently, i can’t even remember if it was last week or the week before, but the visit wasn’t great. The staff didn’t really seem interested in helping, and I had to figure most things out on my own. On top of that, the prices felt way higher than I expected. I left feeling like it wasn’t really worth the trip.

I ordered a hoodie and ended up needing to swap it for a bigger size. The return instructions were easy to follow, but it took a few days to hear back and the refund update felt slower than I expected. They did get it sorted out in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. I just wish the whole thing had moved a little faster and smoother, it just felt...

I had a really frustrating experience with their customer service. I reached out about an issue with my order, and it took way too long to get a response. When they finally replied, they didn’t actually answer my question. I followed up again hoping someone would look into it properly, but the next message felt like a generic copy-and-paste reply that still didn’t address the problem. At that point I asked for the issue to be escalated because I wasn’t getting any real help, but nothing improved. They weren’t openly rude, but the whole thing felt dismissive and unhelpful. I wouldn’t order from them again...

It got here way faster than I thought it would. Shipping was smooth, everything showed up without any issues, and the whole process felt really reliable.

I liked the overall look of the site, it feels clean, modern, and easy to browse. Some sections could probably use a little better spacing, but it’s not a big deal and didn’t really get in the way of using it.

The site gets the job done, but it feels a bit clunky to use. The navigation is kind of messy, and I think it could be a lot more user-friendly for the value.

I ordered from hudsongracesf.com and the item itself was fine, but the packaging felt careless. The box showed up a little crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, which was surprising for what I paid.

Luckily nothing was totally broken, but it definitely gave off a rushed and cheap vibe. I also don’t have a ton of faith that customer service would be much help if something had arrived damaged, so I’d be hesitant to order anything fragile from them again

My order actually came exactly right, which was a nice surprise. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but hey, at least they managed to get everything correct in the end

I ordered from hudsongracesf.com and... yeah, the quality was better than I was expecting. Everything felt sturdy and well made, not flimsy or cheap like I was kind of worried it might be.
I’ve used it a few times now and it’s been holding up really well. I haven’t noticed any weird flaws or issues so far, so I’d definitely be open to buying from them again.
